After your offer is accepted your lender must have the most efficent support team to process your loan and help you close on time. You want a local experienced lender!
- Explain the options and benefits of a home inspector. Not all inspectors look at homes the same way. Should you have a radon test or an inspection of the main drain system? Should you be present for the inspection?
- Explain the role of the title company and the closer who will communicate with your lender and prepare all the documents that will be needed to close on your home. The closer should keep you up to date at all times and explain all documents that you will be required to sign.
