Your home is unique and only an experienced Realtor who knows your area can really determine accurate value.
- What should you do to prepare your home? What improvements will give you the best return? You’ve heard the common responses: eliminate clutter; update your kitchen and baths; and painting is a cheap fix. Sounds good in general, but you need a personal plan from an expert. I suggest a consultation with a professional home designer for my clients to increase market appeal and sell your home faster.
- When your home is truly ready to show, you want the most buyers to see your home in the shortest possible time frame; that’s the key to getting the highest price!
