Sell Your Home with Maximum Exposure!

It’s April and We’re In A Seller’s Market.

You’ve worked hard to prepare your home; you updated the kitchen and baths; spent hours editing your furnishings with many trips to the Goodwill store. You’ve received cards from Realtors telling you that they have the perfect buyer for your home. Some Realtors want you to sign an agreement to allow them to privately market your home. It sounds good, but will you receive the best possible price and terms for your home?

My clients sell homes for the best price and return on investment.  I have 3 principles that always make sense and bring results:

  1. The more buyers that know about your home the better chance of selling for top price
  2. The final steps of preparation can bring the best return, “Stage your home to sell”
  3. Know your market and what homes like yours have sold for recently.
The Importance of Maximum Market Exposure.

Listing in a Sellers Market gives you a distinct advantage when it comes to getting the most for your home. However, if your agent isn’t giving you proper exposure to the market, you may be leaving a lot of money on the table. I’ve chosen to work for RE/MAX Results because I can market your home to more qualified buyers than with any other company. We have over 1300 agents throughout the state. My listings are forwarded to more web sites with more views than any other agent that you could choose. I will use an expert photographer and personally select the most effective pictures to promote your home! Our pictures and videos will attract the most interested, motivated buyers!

I work hard to ensure that your accepted offer will close. May sellers assume that once they sign an agreement it’s a “Done deal”. Unfortunately, nearly 20% of transactions do not close. I will investigate every potential buyer and their lender to be sure they are really pre-approved. I will insist that only the most experienced title company closers are used. I will oversee every last detail until you successfully close!
